Power Point Presentation
BEGINNING MEDITATION

In a beautiful powerpoint presentation made by Sadhana Mishra, we learn all the basic aspects of meditation and beginning meditation. This very useful presentation provides us with a complete oversight. You can also download the presentation.
Swami Veda has urged us to put this on the website. There will follow two more presentations; in April about "The Himalayan Tradition", in May on "Contemplative Walking".

In Memoriam Jocelyne Lafitte

Jocelyne Laffitte, yoga teacher of the Himalaya Tradition in Madrid, passed away.
The sad news of Jocelyne’s passing came as a great shock to all of us within the Tradition who have known her.
